Ms. Jacobson has received training and education among the lifespan from birth to adult. Her clinical experience working with children, young adults, students, adults, and elderly populations experiencing various life transitions and struggles including issues of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, death and dying, self-identity, adjustment disorder, trauma, bonding and attachment, aging, and ADHD.
Ms. Jacobson utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy (PCT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. Ms. Jacobson has worked in variety of settings, including telehealth, outpatient centers, residential programs, long-term care facilities, and in-home settings.

Liv offers a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard, heal, become less anxious, and learn effective ways to get needs met. She takes an eclectic, strength based approach to honor the individuality, sexual orientation, culture, and belief systems of each client. She focuses on improving communication, fostering aha moments of self awareness to release outdated thinking and emotional habits. Drawing from a background as a yoga teacher she simplifies neuroscience to build an understanding how the brain creates anxiety, panic, and worry so clients can learn to lessen triggers, process emotions, and self regulate the nervous system.
Treatment includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Reflective Listening and Feedback, Mindfulness, Problem Solving, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Somatic Sensing informed modalities.

Her passion for helping others to heal and thrive has kept her in the helping profession for over 25 years. She believes that our emotions are valid and are the key to uncovering the thoughts and actions which can both move us towards well-being and hinder us from reaching our potential.

Alicia supports the individual goals of adolescents and adults of all ages using a variety of modalities based on the preferences and needs of her clients. Modalities include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed treatment.
Alicia is currently receiving supervision toward independent licensure.

Dienna has worked and lived in diverse populations starting her career as a social worker in Harlem, New York where she was actively involved in community development along with providing counseling services to parents whose children attended community day care centers.
Dienna believes that each of us has a purpose in our lives and finding one’s voice can lead to self-discovery and finding new ways that work best for them. She provides guidance through compassionate engagement, discussing Holistic Care and encouraging self-determination.

Haley began her career in 2010 working in community non-profit settings with unhoused adults, children with psychiatric disorders, and therapeutic foster families. Since 2018, she has been a medical social worker, working at children’s and adult hospitals in Missouri, Arizona, and Florida. She helps individuals and families cope with acute medical issues through counseling and community referrals. Haley has experience helping adults and children with anxiety, depression, and grief associated with adjustment to chronic illness, especially in the setting of new onset cardiac diagnoses and transplant.
Haley utilizes a holistic approach to therapy that draws from influences of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).


Nicole has worked in crisis intervention helping Arizona families in acute crisis and as a medical social worker helping patients and their families manage chronic and end stage illness. She believes strongly in a person’s ability to overcome trials and offers a holistic approach to therapy. She is LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and experienced with working through anxiety, depression and trauma with her clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading and the company of her dogs.


Catlin Reeves is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who graduated from Walden University in 2021 and from Troy University in 2017 with a B.S. in Human Services. Catlin has experience with individuals, groups, and families through life challenges such as exploring LGBTQ+ identity, grief and loss, self-harm/suicidality, psychosis, addictions, and trauma/abuse.
Catlin empowers autonomy and resiliency by building a collaborative space and implementing individualized approaches. Treatment approaches include CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Trauma-informed, EMDR, and Person-Centered Therapy.

I am Diné and originally from Chinle, Arizona. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from Arizona State University and my Master of Social Work from Seattle University in Seattle, Washington. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and am deeply passionate about serving and advocating for the well-being of my clients and all those I work with.

Katie Holden is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University. Katie’s approach is warm, collaborative and strengths-based, grounded in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. She believes in honoring client self-determination and fostering a nonjudgmental, supportive space for healing and growth.
Katie has over 10 years of experience working with children and adults of all ages from diverse populations and backgrounds. She specializes in working with neurodiversity, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those healing from childhood trauma or complex family dynamics.
Outside the therapy room, Katie is an animal lover with a busy home full of rescue pets, and believes in the healing power of connection, humor, and authenticity. She honors the courage it takes to begin therapy, and she is here to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, clarity, and self-empowerment.

Amy is a licensed master social worker with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds and life stories. She is passionate about supporting individuals through challenges such as grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, phobias, relationship issues, school-related concerns, medical complexities, and personality disorders.
Amy draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including ongoing individual or family therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Her flexible approach allows her to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs.
Throughout her career, Amy has held leadership and educational roles, but her true passion lies in working directly with individuals, families, and small groups in a private practice setting. She is committed to helping clients enhance their coping skills and heal from past or present traumas.
Amy believes that understanding the impact of past experiences and current life circumstances is essential to making sense of feelings like sadness, anxiety, hurt, paranoia or confusion. She sees therapy as a powerful tool to process those emotions and build on personal strengths to navigate life’s challenges.
